My DVD collection at www.dvdaf.com is now the second most popular ‘bobafred’ link on Google. I am taking over the internet.
Something that I have noticed for the past 12 or so years is that track #4 is often times the best song on a lot of albums. I recognized this trend in the early 90s when I first started to get into the pre-crap (read: Black album) Metallica stuff. …And Justice For All had ‘One’ and Ride the Lightning had ‘Fade to Black’.
Here is a sampling of my findings (Artist: Album – Track Title):
There are more, but I really can’t remember them all.
I was at the Gwinnett County Courthouse yesterday (more on that in a minute) and stepped into the future. The men’s room there was totally automated. Auto flusher on the toilet – check. Auto soap dispenser – check. Auto sink – check. Auto paper towel dispenser – check. I’ve seen various combinations of these contraptions elsewhere, but never all in one place. It was quite exciting. Boy am I glad I had to go. The only thing left is the auto door opener.
Back to the court thing. I just had to go pay a speeding ticket, nothing too exciting. Here’s why I love America. I can break the law (speed), get caught, be given a citation, wait until the day before the court issues a bench warrant for me and pay it off. Yep. Pay off the man.
According to the annoying tag that came with my bottle of Bacardi, there are 0 carbs, 0 grams of sugar, and only 66 calories in a rum and diet cola. Too bad I don’t use diet cola. And I don’t use cola, I use Coke, dammit. The tag is now in the trash. It was getting in the way of the pour. So, drink one to health!
I got to work at 5 am yesterday and left at 5:30 pm. I don’t want to talk about it.
I’ve been doing some modifications around the site today, so some things are broken (sorry Cooper). You should notice that the Steeplechase photos are loading faster. Thanks to Ducky for the info on that.
On a related note, there were some strange happenings here yesterday. Randomly throughout the day, a huge ass picture of a cat was showing up at various places around the site. Also a jeep. WTF? I have either been hacked (unlikely) or there is some kind of craziness going on at my host. I have not come across any today.
Some of the peeps that I work with were interested in the Steeplechase pictures from the weekend so I got more hits than normal yesterday. This one guy named Don, who is the coolest person that I know, was trying to remember the URL. He thought it was www.fredbob.com, which it is not, but this lead us to a huge laugh. Thanks to Don for finding it and thanks to ‘Fredaroo Bear’ for creating it.
