completely incomplete.

I was fartin’ around with some layout stuff, and I went ahead and changed the color a bit. My eyes like to look at green, so you get green. I guess it has a similar look to my old site colors, but I’m ok with that.

One known issue has cropped up:

  • IE 6.0 (SP2) doesn’t seem to like a border of type dotted, so when you mouse over the links in the main body, you will get dashed instead. There may be some kind of workaround, but to tell the truth, I don’t really care.

Here’s the part of the post where I suggest that you download a browser that doesn’t suck ass. Firefox, for example.

Yo yo, I like the color change. Did you mean for the calendar and navigation boxes to not line up with the main content box? Not that I think it looks bad, just wondering if it was intentional. I’m a-using Firefox, of course. P.S. I love you. In a hetero sort of way, of course.

Thanks for the love. The layout should be exactly as it was before except for a few very minor things. How do they not line up? Vertically? I am not seeing it in Firefox, or IE and Opera for that matter.

I can’t control other people’s feelings for me. But, I can accept them and not judge.

Well, I AM in touch with my feminine side… Hmm, well they seem to be lining up correctly now. Before the calendar and navigation boxes were all the way to the top without any space in between, but they’re lined up with the main box now.

Weird. I didn’t change anything. Maybe I was still messing around when you visited originally. The way that the calendar works is that it reads-in the archive file for whatever month you are looking at. If there is not a file, the file read will fail and stop processing the rest of the page. This will make the navigation and calendar boxes shift up to the top. But, when this happens, there is no main content area at all. To see this in action, advance two months into the future on the calendar. This is one of the things that I never went back and fixed with the calendar code.
