The February 2006 APWBWGTTD was held at the Graveyard Tavern in East Atlanta. The Graveyard Tavern is pretty new to the neighborhood, opening in late 2005. I’ve never been before and was pretty surprised to see how large the place was. The menu consists mostly of panini with a few dinner specials. I had the petite fillet with broccoli and potatoes and it was excellent.
Around 20 people showed up, with quite a few new people. I don’t remember them all, but I know that Paul of PT’s Big Adventure was one of them. Of course the regular schmoes were there too.
As always, photos exist on flickr.
I never said East Atlanta didn’t rock. It’s one of my favorite neighborhoods around town, I just don’t get over there too often. I was very sad when the Echo Lounge closed.
Ah, it wasn’t meant to be an accusatory “EAV Rocks”; I just know there are a lot of naysayers out there… you know who you are naysayers.
Where are we going next month? Was that even discussed? Is your pants back on the list of choices?
I found a naysayer!!!
