As mentioned previously, I will be moving out the neighborhood that I have called home for the past three years, the Virginia Highlands, soon. In a way this sucks, and is mostly driven by the fact that my apartment complex is crap.

But, today I found a new reason to not miss the neighborhood: $7 Bacardi & Cokes. Come on, that is out of control. After my standard $1.00 tip, that brings my total for a single drink to $8.00. That is way too high. I was so upset about it that I only had 3 drinks ($21.00 + $3.00 tips = $24.00). I might not even be able to sleep tonight.

    Yeah, should have mentioned that. Hand in Hand. Sucks, because I really like that place.

    Yeah, their beer isn’t so cheap either. I recall paying 5.75 on Friday evening, before the tip factor. At least they’ve got the porch, I figure.
