I finished Deception Point last night. Out of the three Dan Brown books that I have read, I liked this the least. It was still better than average or else I probably would not have finished it. Anyway, the book was rather repetitive at times when trying to make some of its points. The whole politics thing was something else that didn’t really appeal to me. I should have expected this, however, since the book takes place during a heated presidential campaign and involves various governmental offices.
So, now I am on to Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere. I’ve never read anything from Mr. Gaiman, but it comes highly recommended from some people at work.
I finally finished Ender’s Shadow after a few breaks from reading. It was interesting to relive the original Ender’s Game story, but from a slightly different perspective.
For right now, I am going to take a little hiatus from the Ender universe and step into The Chronicles of Narnia. This is an old favorite from when I was growing up. It is actually a collection of seven books by C.S. Lewis that come together to form one story. Can’t wait to get back into these.
