Yeah, it feels like a muscle pull. I took some Tylenol last night and it seemed to help a little. Thanks for the advice.

Brian,

Sounds like a muscle pull. You need an anti-inflammatory drug – Advil. Try taking one every 4-6 hours for a day. I believe it will go away.
