A new trend that I am subscribing to is to start a book and then never finish it. So, I never finished Alan Turing: The Enigma. It covers the life and times of Alan Turing, the most interesting person I learned about during my entire college career. My CS professor turned a boring Computational Theroy class discussion into something that actually held my attention. I think the author spends too much time on Mr. Turing’s childhood. I got bored. I’m sure at some point I’ll pick this back up and maybe skip a few hundred pages to get to the meat of the nerdy content.

Anyway, I am heading back into the world of fiction with another Dan Brown novel. This time I am reading Deception Point. Out of all of his novels, it was the least appealing to me. But, since The Da Vinci Code is apparently never coming out in paperback, I figured I would give it a read. His books thus far have been excellent.
