Saturday night Lori took me on a romantic date to Wisteria. It was awesome.
We started the night with Kobe Beef Carpaccio. I’ve never had carpaccio, but wanted to try it after seeing Alton Brown make it, and it was as good as I expected with some mixed greens and shaved parmesan. For my meal I had the Grilled Center Cut Beef Tenderloin with fancy Mac n’ Cheese. I loved it so much I made funny faces while eating it. It might just be the best piece of cow I’ve ever eaten. If you enjoy cow, get this. Lori had the special of the day, Cajun Fried Catfish which tasted nice as well. For dessert, we split some sorbet (mango, strawberry and blackberry flavors) that was also great.
I would eat here again and go on another romantic date with Lori, if she ever wanted to invite me in the future.
